Behind the Wheel! Look Out!!

Driving is NOT one of my favourite things to do. I usually get really stressed out esp when I'm not familiar with the roads and when there are loads of cars around me, so it was with great trepidation that I got behind the wheel.

But I must say I enjoyed the majority of my drives as the American drivers (at least around Billerica) were pretty courteous - they allowed me to cut into their lane the moment I signalled, and were very patient with my extremely slow driving. So, I ended up (surprisingly) going to a number of places as you'll see ...

... surrounded by nothing but offices and trees and a highway ....

We weren't encouraged (to say the least) when we were met by shaking heads whenever we brought up the question of "Is there anything to do around here?". Then, we found out that there wasn't so much as a mall or a supermarket within walking distance (horrors!).

So, we figured I had to drive otherwise by the time our month was up, I might just expire from boredom. Hence ....
