Fruit Tarts!

I had been wanting to try my aunt's recipe for fruit tarts ever since I had such wonderful success with her cheese biscuit recipe. So, here they are:

First up:

A mango and kiwi fruit tart

(in case you're wondering, these are the golden kiwis so they aren't as green as the usual ones)

Next up: Rustic Mango Tarts

(I had only 2 tartlette pans, so I used a muffin tray to bake the rest of the tart shells with a more rustic look. Couldn't quite figure out the prettiest way to arrange the mango slices though ... )
