"Almond" Shaved Ice & Jelly ...
We had the option of choosing from a few different ingredients to complement the shaved "almond" ice. The ice shavings are basically from "almond milk", or apricot kernels (if literally translated from Chinese to English, apricot kernels = almond) ground into powder then made into a milky liquid and frozen.
We chose "almond" jelly, which looks like this ...

This whole concoction was simply delicious! Will definitely be going back for more before the end of summer :)
