Another of my fav hawker food is "Bak Chor Mee", which is essentially flat egg noodles (I like the flat "mee pok") with minced pork, pork slices, fishballs, meatballs, and fish cake slices in a vinegared chili sauce base. In my opinion, the best "Bak Chor Mee" has heaps of vinegar, which this version sadly lacked ... it was however, still pretty yummy!
My favorite "Tiong Bahru" fish cakes! YUM! YUM! YUM!
