My aunt and uncle happen to live in Tokyo, and they were kind enough to drive us to Aeon Lake Mall for dinner and shopping ....
We had an early dinner ... Part 1 of dinner so to speak .. heh heh heh ...
... followed a couple of hours later by Part 2 of dinner .... in the form of tempura ...
Even though I was still pretty stuffed from the sashimi rice in Part 1 above, I couldn't resist taking a few bites of this tempura, and let me just say that it was worth getting fat for! It was fried only after we placed our orders, so everything was super crisp, yet amazingly not oily! YUM!
