Was watching a Taiwanese cooking show in which they were cooking this steamed egg dish with minced pork, black fungus and water chestnuts. It looked simple and yummy. Plus (and this was what excited me more :)), I figured I could steam it in my Le Creuset ramekins which are sadly rather underutilised ...
