I have to confess, one of my fav foods in Singapore is hawker fare. I grew up eating hawker fare, and I think the best food in Singapore can be found in the hawker centres ... like hokkien mee ...

I wish I looked as slim as a model ... with a cow's stomach! You know they have 4 stomachs right? :) Then I could have ordered my other fav Singapore food, namely mee pok dry, char kway teow, chui kueh, cai tao kueh, satay bee hoon, sambal stingray, black pepper crabs, chili crabs with "man tou", laksa, mee siam, curry fishhead, mee goreng, roti prata, nasi lemak .... oh, the list just goes on!
