Singapore Food ... Part 2

One thing about Chinese food is that it's best shared with family and friends. So, while back in Singapore with our families, we decided to go for a nice lunch at the Cantonese restaurant, Lei Gardens. We ordered a set meal, which consisted of a lovely fish soup ... I missed this! The Cantonese do soups so well, so it's hard to find such delicious soups in Taiwan ...

"Woo Kok" or minced pork wrapped with yam and batter, fried till crispy ... when done well like this, it is absolutely delicious!

Roast duck ...

Claypot Prawns with Vermicelli ...

Steamed dumplings with veggies and minced pork ...

Erm ... steamed fish cantonese style ... it definitely tasted much better than it looked :) Please do excuse the way it looks cos before I could snap a pic, our server started cutting it up to make it easier for us to dish it out ...

Spinach served in a delicious broth ...
