Ippudo, Singapore


Apparently Ippudo had caused quite a stir when it opened in Mandarin Gallery, Singapore. A couple of friends had wanted to take me here some time back, but a person can only eat so much, so we postponed our visit to Ippudo till my most recent trip home.

We ordered the Shiromaru, which is basically tonkatsu (or pork based soup) with char siu. The soft-boiled egg was an additional order ...
