Deviled Eggs & Falafel Wraps

I've been meaning to try making these deviled eggs for the longest time, and the other day, I finally got round to it. Mashed up the eggs with a dash of salt and pepper, mustard, mayo and chives ... delish!

Then, I was inspired by this Japanese sesame dressing ....

Thought the Japanese sesame salad dressing would be a perfect substitute for tahini sauce to go along with my homemade falafel ....

(I didn't have any coriander at home, so I made them without, but next time, I'm definitely going to try adding them. Maybe it'll make the falafels more moist ... nevertheless, they tasted great!)
