Zucchinis, being more of a western vegetable, aren't commonly found in Asia, so I was surprised to find yellow and green zucchinis at my regular vegetable stall in the market in Taipei. They looked so good, and I had recently seen some pics of stuffed zucchinis on pinterest.com, so I decided to buy a couple to make this:
Stuffed Zucchinis!
(I used sausages, garlic, onions, cubed zucchinis and a lil rice, with some ketchup)
