Yuyuan/Chenghuang Temple, Shanghai

Yuyuan is famous for the Cheng Huang Temple and the teahouses, as well as Nanxiang Xiao Long Bao (dumplings), so we naturally had to go there to just have a look.  It's a major tourist attraction ... just look at the sheer number of people here... (you can see the teahouses in the background)

At the Nanxiang Xiao Long Bao eatery, there's a window where you can see all the bamboo steamers stacked up and the staff are frantically making dumplings (or xiao long bao) ... love the sign ... the English part!

I didn't try the xiao long bao cos I remembered trying it a long time ago, and the experience just paled in comparison to Ding Tai Fung's (Taipei) dumplings.
