So now that the diet's down the drain, I'm back to scoffing down pastries and all other delicious goodies :) As Hubby had a sudden craving for pineapple tarts, I bought him some famous Taiwanese ones the other day ...
Maybe it's cos I grew up eating my mom's pineapple tarts, which are the open-faced Singaporean variety, so I'm not a huge fan of the Taiwanese variety. But don't get me wrong, the Taiwanese ones still are pretty yummy ... esp when home is so far away, and my mom only makes pineapple tarts once a year - during Chinese New Year.
