Andong Chicken ... my version


Again, inspired by my pot,
I decided to cook some Andong chicken
- a Korean dish we had in Seoul.
Turned out a little more bland than I'd liked.
I think it was cos the noodles were pretty tasteless
so the sauce had to be more tasty.
Oh well ... next time ...

This is one of my favourite dishes in Taiwan
- Si Gua with salted eggs

Steamed broccolli with cream corn
