Some friends came over for a visit,
and this is what we had for a pre-dinner snack:
Dan Zai Mi Fen (bee hoon with minced pork and prawn in soup)
&
Xue Cai (or literally snow veggies) with edamame beans
&
Beancurd skin
We also had a delicious fried tofu
but when the dish arrived,
we attacked it with gusto
and forgot all about taking a picture!
Next time then :)
