Breakfast at Ding Tai Fung

Loads of taro filling wrapped in a thin layer
The taro filling was perfect
as all of us said
"It's like eating onee in a dumpling!"
I'd come back to Ding Tai Fung for this!

Red Bean Rice Dumpling-
This was surprisingly good!
I'd had the red bean small dumplings before
and found the filling too sweet so I was sceptical
about how this
but the rice balanced out the red beans' sweetness
perfectly!

My favourite!
Crabmeat Dumplings!
Yum!
