For the past couple of weeks, it's been raining practically everyday, so it was no surprise that while we were walking around the Xinyi shopping district, it started raining. To keep dry, we decided to seek refuge in Chun Shui Tang.

As we were a lil peckish, we also ordered their signature "mee sua" or "mian xian" in sesame oil ...
To go with the noodles, we also got a plate of bean curd "dou gan" ... this is another of their signature dishes, and it was delicious!
... and some lemongrass chicken as well ...
