Japanese Dinner ... at home!

Sometime last week, I was walking around Mitsukoshi supermarket, and came across some Unagi from Ping Tung (in the southern part of Taiwan). I remembered that someone had told me when the Japanese occupied Taiwan, the local Chinese had to cater to the Japanese taste in food (amongst other things), and Ping Tung became very famous for their grilled eel, or Unagi. So, yesterday, I decided to go get some Unagi for dinner. And just near this counter, was some sashimi, so I picked that up too.
