I love growing potatoes ...
they are probably the only thing in my "garden" that survives
my lack of green fingers.
Sometimes when I bring new plants home,
I wonder if they look around them thinking
"Oh no!"
But I digress....
going back to the above pic,
these are the baby potatoes I just harvested today.
They all came from just one potato.
Isn't that amazing?
I'm now wondering what to cook with these ....
