Fish Curry


A couple of days ago, I tried using a curry paste
that a friend from Singapore made for me.
It was actually for prawn curry, but as we'd been having
a lot of prawns recently,
and fish was a healthy alternative,
I decided to cook fish curry.
Turned out great!!!!

We used to eat these vegetables all the time in Hong Kong,
but for some reason, these aren't so readily available in Taipei.
So when I stumbled upon them one day at the market,
I grabbed 3 bunches of them.
But somehow they are a little more chewy
than their Hong Kong counterparts ... Hmmm ....
